Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength. Participate in professional development opportunities and training. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide feedback to management on service improvements and patient needs. Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services. Experience/Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist license and relevant certifications. Proven experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patients. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities. Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets consistently. Strong communication skills for educating patients and families effectively. Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimized patient care. Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records.
