This is a confidential search on behalf of a firm known for its sophisticated client base, collegial culture, and commitment to legal excellence across the Southeast. The ideal candidate will bring a strong litigation background with hands‑on experience supporting defense‑side matters, a paralegal certificate from an accredited program, and the ability to manage a high‑volume caseload with precision and professionalism. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting attorneys with pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research on insurance‑related matters; reviewing and summarizing medical records and depositions; coordinating case timelines and deadlines; organizing case files and electronic databases; supporting trial preparation including exhibits and witness coordination; and communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
