The Company is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality to join their team. This role is pivotal in creating and nurturing the member experience, from the first inquiry to the enrollment and beyond. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, leading the sales and enrollment process with a focus on genuine human connection and setting the standard for hospitality. Responsibilities include owning the full inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline, conducting tailored facility tours, and managing all leads to meet and exceed monthly targets. The Head of Sales & Hospitality will also be responsible for maintaining a warm and inviting environment, handling member interactions with empathy, and creating celebratory moments that foster a sense of community. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, member services, or hospitality, with a proven track record of meeting targets. They should be adept at using CRM tools, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with children and families. This role requires a blend of performance-driven and people-centered qualities, and the ability to work with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Experience in youth fitness, childcare, or multi-unit hospitality is preferred. The Head of Sales & Hospitality will also be involved in leadership and operations, including training staff, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with the management team to refine outreach strategies.
