We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role blends administrative coordination with hands-on client support, working directly alongside our Director of Revenue and sales team. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, connecting with clients, and contributing to a high-performing team.

What Youll Do

Sales & Client Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the sales team

Prepare client proposals, presentations, and meeting materials

Follow up with warm leads and lapsed advertisers by phone or email

Track sales activity and updates in our CRM system

Administrative Coordination

Manage schedules, send calendar invites, and support project timelines

Process incoming ad orders and confirm specs with clients

Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure timely ad delivery

Organize and deliver client materials (plaques, publications, etc.)

Provide on-site support for company events, including our Best of awards programs and community events

Billing & Reporting

Assist with invoicing, billing summaries, and account reconciliation

Pull and share campaign performance reports (impressions, reach, etc.)

Monitor overdue accounts and support client follow-up

What Youll Need

Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service

Excellent communication skills and a professional phone and email presence

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to support events and deadlines

Schedule & Flexibility

• This is a full-time, in-office position based in Gainesville, GA, with standard MondayFriday business hours. Because our Best of awards programs, community events, and publication deadlines dont always fall inside a normal workday, this role includes occasional evening and weekend hours for event setup, on-site event support, and client hospitality. These dates are scheduled in advance whenever possible.
