Quality Operations Leader: Coach Teams, Improve Processes

International’s IC Bus Plant in Tulsa is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead and develop hourly teams on a 4x10 schedule. You will own the inspection process, drive root cause analysis, and partner with Operations to keep quality, safety, and delivery on target. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement across functions.
