Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to perform advanced computed tomography imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The role involves operating state-of-the-art equipment and collaborating with experienced staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE Revolution 256 slice and GE VCT 64 slice CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining protocols and ensuring comfort.
• Follow established protocols for IV contrast administration and scanning procedures.
• Document imaging activities accurately using Meditech and Synapse PACS systems.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiology team and ensure high-level patient care during the shift.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT RT (R) and CT credentials with accreditation in CT imaging.
• Demonstrate competence in performing a variety of CT exams.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant radiologic technologist experience.
• Exhibit knowledge of advanced CT imaging protocols and radiation safety.
• Maintain current certification and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
