About the Role (Job Summary)

We're seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Operations Supervisor?at our 475,000 square ft. distribution center in Bartlett, IL. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team of warehouse associates?on our Vas/QA team. This?position will be?accountable for delivering top-notch service to our customers while inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve daily performance standards and metrics.?

Schedule: This roles hours will be 12pm-8:30pm, Monday - Friday, or until the work is done.

Salary: 70-72K

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.

• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate.
