This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products. All locations are open six (6) days per week.Medical, dental, and vision insurance – select the plan that best suits you and your family.Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts401(k) plan with contribution matching.Employee Assistance Program – free access to mental health resources, life coaching, and more for you and your covered family members.Employee Purchase ProgramSkills for SuccessSolid communication skills.Working knowledge of electronics.Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets.The desire to make a positive difference for customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.Required QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.Requires a valid state driver's license and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the position's location.Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.Preferred QualificationsExperience moving household furnishings and appliances.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain a professional appearance.About Aaron's At Aaron's, we offer sales and lease-to-ownership of specialty items including furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories throughout the United States and Canada.
