Job Description Commercial Roofing Laborer

• $25 an hour

We’re hiring Construction Laborers to support a variety of commercial and residential projects. This role is a strong fit for candidates with construction, roofing, carpentry, or general labor experience who are dependable and ready to work in a hands‑on environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and cleanup
• Support crews with daily construction tasks
• Perform general labor, lifting, and material handling
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Assist with basic carpentry and roofing work as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines

Required Experience

• 1+ year of construction or labor experience
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred Experience

• Roofing or carpentry
• Blueprint reading
• Commercial construction experience

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction job sites
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Team‑based crews
• Physical, hands‑on work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
