SUMMARY: The Wealth Consultant is responsible for uncovering new business opportunities across the Bank footprint and managing their current client relationships. This position will interact with clients and serve as a wealth consultant and helps identify other banking services needed by our high-net-worth clients. This position will serve as the first point of contact for all new business opportunities. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Time: Description: 40% Promote and develop new business activities for the acquisition of new Wealth clients through ongoing training and development of Bank associates.
10% Develop marketing strategies for internal and external partners. Oversee new business outreach efforts (newsletters, events, etc.). 10% Provide ongoing feedback and communication with referral partners. 15% Track and schedule new business opportunities and follow-up meetings. 5% Develop annual client strategies and coordinate team members to implement strategies. 10% Perform client reviews and updates to client's financial and estate plans, as needed. 10% Oversee the final presentation preparation for clients and/or prospects, utilizing IAA and WOA, as well as available systems: Accutech, Scorecard, fi360, etc.). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years investment management, brokerage, or trust experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
