• Coordinate and dispatch medical transport units efficiently 
• Communicate clearly with EMT crews, facilities, and patients 
• Manage schedules and trip updates 
• Problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment 
• Maintain accurate trip information in dispatch software 

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure 
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused 
• Experience in dispatch, EMS, transportation, or healthcare preferred (but not required)
