About the Role:
Bellini Osteria Toscana in Roswell, GA is looking for passionate and energetic Servers and Bussers to join our team! If you love the art of Italian hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want to hear from you. - Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to create an exceptional dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and attentive manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including Italian dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining room (Bussers)
- Assist servers with refilling water, bread service, and table maintenance (Bussers)
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth, seamless service throughout each shift
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus but not required
