Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.

• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.

• Be thego-to person when coverage is needed—you’ll typically work days but must be available forany shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

• Performall duties of store employeesincluding running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.

• Coach team membersto deliver excellent service and activelyupsellpromotions and key items.

• Recruit, hire, and trainnew team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.

• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.

• Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.

• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.

• Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay Rate: $43k-56k/Yr.

Qualifications

• Open availabilitywith the ability to workany shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs.

• Avalid driver’s license, access to apersonal vehicle, andproof of insurance(required for bank deposits).

• Retail or food management experiencepreferred.

• Willingness to lead by example inall aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.

• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.

• Minimum age requirement:21 + years old

• In Tennessee, must completeTopshelf Manager Training.

• Certification:Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification

Compensation & BenefitsDisclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week
