Commercial Sales Consultant

Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas - Full-time Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a security, life safety, and automation contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the Southeast. Solutions include intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, fire monitoring, home automation, and AV. We are adding a commercial sales consultant to drive new business in the Alabama market. The role Hunt for new commercial opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking Conduct on-site security assessments and recommend tailored solutions Build long-term relationships with business owners, property managers, and GCs Design and present professional proposals to decision-makers Stay active in local chambers and networking groups What we need 2+ years of outside sales experience; commercial electronic security preferred Familiarity with the Pensacola/Panhandle business landscape Hunter mentality - comfortable with cold calls and door-knocking Ability to learn and explain security hardware and cloud-based platforms OTE $125K-$150K+ Health, dental, vision, and accident insurance; employer-funded premiums based on tenure 401k with company match, HSA, STD/LTD, voluntary life and critical illness coverage Paid time off, paid training, and career development #J-18808-Ljbffr
