Job Duties Operating injection molding machines Removing molded parts from machines Trimming flash and performing quality checks Packing finished products Completing documentation and work orders Monitoring machine operation and reporting issues Cleaning workstation at end of shift Following all safety rules and procedures Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous machine operator, production operator, injection molding, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to understand machine controls, functions, and operating procedures. Experience performing quality inspections and maintaining production standards. Ability to identify, document, and report machine or quality issues promptly. Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and manufacturing best practices. Ability to learn additional production duties and cross-train as needed. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
