Our client is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the day to day delivery of employee benefits programmes across a multi site organisation. Working closely with HR leadership, providers and employees, the Benefits Administrator will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, compliant and employee focused benefits experience.
The business offers a collaborative culture with a strong focus on flexibility, wellbeing initiatives and long term development. Employees are supported to manage their workload effectively while maintaining balance outside of work.
As the Benefits Administrator your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the administration of employee benefits programmes
• Supporting employees with enrolment, benefits queries and leave requests
• Coordinating annual open enrolment activities and communications
• Supporting compliance across benefits regulations and policies
• Working with providers and payroll teams to maintain accurate records and deductions
As the Benefits Administrator you will bring:
• Previous experience within benefits administration or HR operations
• Knowledge of employee benefits processes and compliance requirements
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
