Title: Backend Developer Location: Tel Aviv, IL Requisition ID: 134412 Job Summary AI Knowledge-Base team at NetApp is developing a state-of-the-art platform to solve the AI at scale challenges of the biggest enterprises. Our team is looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer. In this role, you will: Have a major impact on the design and technological decisions in a large-scale project. Gain significant knowledge and experience on the foundations of Agentic workloads with a focus on the data layers. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and performant solutions. Promote the usage of best practices for quality while being creative. Evaluate new technologies and keep up with the recent changes in the fields of Agentic AI. Job Requirements At least 6 years of backend hands‑on coding and software design experience. Relevant BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or equivalent. Work experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong knowledge of system design and architecture. Work experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB, or similar). Proficiency in Python or Node.js. Proven track record of delivering high‑quality software in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Understanding DevOps concepts from a developer perspective (i.e., CI/CD, IaC).
