Job Title Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Location Kennewick, Washington Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
- Opportunity to gain valuable SNF experience through a structured 13-week contract assignment
- Work with a supportive staffing team dedicated to placing therapy professionals in rewarding clinical environments
