Harvest Assistant - Cannabis Cultivation

What This Job Is
A Harvest Assistant helps the team pick, sort, and prepare cannabis plants when it's harvest time. You'll handle plants, keep things clean, and follow safety rules. This job is good for someone who pays attention to detail, shows up on time, and doesn't mind a fast-moving workday.

What You'll Do

• Help pick cannabis plants the right way, following company steps
• Pull off leaves and break plants down into pieces for the next step
• Hang plants up and get the drying room ready
• Weigh, label, and keep track of the plants you handle
• Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean
• Follow all safety and company rules
• Tell a supervisor if you see mold, bugs, or damaged plants
• Help with packing when needed
• Work at a good pace to hit daily goals
• Handle the plants carefully so they stay in good shape

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Farm, warehouse, or cannabis work experience helps, but isn't required
• Able to stand for long periods and do the same task over and over
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working somewhere warm and humid
• Good at noticing small details
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Must meet your state's rules for working in the cannabis industry
• 21+
