Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, including weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients within a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in weekend coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, five days per week including weekends
• Must be available to start immediately

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Arizona state license already active and in good standing prior to start
