3-11 Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced 3-11 Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and management of our patients in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's standards and policies
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition and identify any necessary adjustments to their care plan
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Current Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
