Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Med/Surg, Oncology Description: Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients and staff.
