Cook I

Marriott is seeking a Cook I to join our hotel culinary team. In this role, you’ll prepare and cook menu items to brand standards, supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets. Responsibilities include station setup, ingredient prep, accurate portioning, and plating with consistent quality and presentation. You will adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines, while operating kitchen equipment safely. Working closely with chefs and service staff, you’ll ensure timely order delivery, help manage inventory and food storage, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment focused on guest satisfaction and career growth.
