Shift Manager – McDonald's Franchisee McDonald’s is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. The Shift Manager will provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Plan for each shift. Monitor performance during the shift. Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
