Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists / Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self‑care. The role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA‑based behavior intervention plans. Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 – $28.00, depending on experience, education, and certifications. Part‑time flexibility: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (must work all three days). Position Duties Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Observe, record, and report client progress and daily behavior. Manage challenging behaviors. Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients. Assist clients to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills as needed. Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, consultants, trainers, and clients. Function as an active member of the treatment team. Complete daily paperwork and data‑collection notes accurately and timely in our online database. Participate actively in continuous training programs designed to increase overall skills. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Follow BE policies and procedures. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Passion for children: Genuine love for working with children. Positive attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Experience: Prior experience with children is advantageous. Continuous learning: Interest in ongoing development. Transportation: Reliable transportation required. Background: Must pass a satisfactory company background check.
