This role requires a focus on safety, customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A Day in the Life:Inspect and repair residential and commercial roofing systems, including Shingles, Tile, Metal, TPO, PVC, and EPDMSafely operate tools and machinery while working at heightsProvide professional customer service and maintain accurate records of work performedPerform installations and repairs on steep and low-slope roofing systemsAdhere to safety protocols and regulations (OSHA 10 or 30-hour training)Estimate projects and oversee large jobs as neededUse construction software (Easybuild, Procore, Dash Company cam) for job managementWhat We Are Seeking:2-5 years of roofing experience preferred, with knowledge of both steep and low-slope roofing systemsSafety-minded, team-oriented individual with strong customer service skillsPhysical ability to perform job duties, including climbing, lifting (up to 100 lbs), and working at heightsValid driver's license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma preferredBasic construction and safety knowledgeAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsJoin a team that values integrity and diversity and take your career to the next level with us.
