De hoofdfocus ligt op het consolideren van de afdelingsroadmaps tot één integraal veranderportfolio. En het organiseren van afstemming met IT, procesmanagement, Business Intelligence en de projectafdeling, voor start en uitvoering. De portfolio Manager is verantwoordelijk voor de standaarden in de projectgoedkeuring, investerings- en voortgangsprocessen.Als Portfolio Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, prioritering en correctheid van het veranderportfolio voor de centrale Supply Chain en Commerce afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:* Programmaroadmaps consolideren tot één samenhangend portfolio* Initiatieven prioriteren over divisies heen op basis van strategische waarden* Projectgoedkeuringsprocessen en -documenten standaardiseren* Cross-functionele afstemming faciliteren (proces, IT, BI, business)* Portfoliogovernance en besluitvormingsprocessen beheren* Toewijzing van middelen bewaken over programma's en projecten* Algemene portfolioprestaties en -gezondheid volgen en rapporteren* Strategische risico's of conflicten identificeren en escaleren* Fungeren als liaison tussen afdelingen en management* Transparantie handhaven over portfoliostatus en -wijzigingen* Strategische planning en investeringsbeslissingen ondersteunen* Rapporteren over portfolioprestaties aan het uitvoerend management* Leidinggeven aan 6-8 (medior) Projectmanagers* People Manager & Team Player* Sterke communicator* Nauwkeurig en analytisch* In staat om buiten de eigen discipline/afdeling te denken en te handelen* Gestructureerd en goed georganiseerd* ZelfstarterHoog salaris bij Impact Vandaag.
