The Bemidji Main Clinic offers a high volume urology practice with two surgery centers, 10 ORs, and a DaVinci Robot Xi. The practice provides surgical block time, limited call, and serves a 142,000 service population. The clinic is part of a large primary care and multi-disciplinary medical team, and is located in a Level III trauma center. The work schedule supports a busy practice along with quality of life.

Compensation starts at $825,000 for the first two years, with potential to exceed based on personally performed wRVUs. There is also a $200,000 retention incentive for remaining a 1.0 FTE for 4 years.
