Prepare for and assist during trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings. Manage case files, exhibits, witnesses, trial notebooks, and trial logistics. Coordinate discovery, document production, and trial preparation. Utilize the Clio Case Management System to effectively manage litigation matters. Qualifications 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Trial experience through verdict is required. Arbitration experience through award is required. Recent experience using the Clio Case Management System. Ability and willingness to travel and be present in person during trials and arbitrations. Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
