Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in members with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer questions about memberships, amenities, and services.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Basic computer and customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
Previous front desk experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
