Associate Attorney

Job Description We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! Associate will be responsible for managing client files in a wide variety of litigation areas: probate, real property matters, landlord/tenant law, personal injury, consumer protection, business ligation, and collections. Associate will get hands‑on experience in every aspect of litigation, including intake, investigation, pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions and hearings, trial on the merits, and appeals. Responsibilities Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents Advise clients on litigation matters and transaction matters Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications 0-5 years' experience Familiarity with various legal documents Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description The Law Office of Russell Frost is a general practice law firm with a focus on property matters, wills and probate matters, employment law, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, general civil litigation, and appeals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
