Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Overview Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment. Shift 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health. Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding. Additional Details Telemetry competency exam required, including identifying and measuring rhythm strips. Failure of exam will result in contract termination. Unit Details Patient population includes CHF, alcohol withdrawal, NSTEMIs, sepsis, dysrhythmias, pneumonia, COPD, and Covid. Post‑procedure patients include pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and OHS patients once downgraded from ICU. Includes non‑titratable cardiac medication drips such as Cardizem, Lasix, and Nitro. Shift & Scheduling No call. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends and holidays. Floating Requirements May float to Intensive Care Units for a telemetry/medically appropriate assignment, medical surgical units, and Renown Regional. Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. 7 days maximum time off. 2 references required from within the last 2 years. Proof of identification required.
