Health insurance Paid sick time Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing development Supportive leadership team Opportunity to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients Company gatherings with fellow caregivers at least twice a year Hours : 8:30a- 12:30a Sat & Sun 7p-11pm daily What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, including: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Compassionate, dependable, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation CPR certification preferred Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
