Job Summary:
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment, and a calm demeanor.
- Safety is our priority. Must be familiar with all company safety standards and policies, safe practices, and guidelines that pertain to the roofing industry.
- Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry.
- Broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle, and TPO).
- Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
- Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important.
- Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Must be reliable and show up to work on time.
- Professional appearance while representing the company.
