2026 Salary Range: $89,508.00 - $138,370.00/Year (includes locality)

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise 1st level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees within the OC-ALC/OBHA. Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Training Management within the Air Logistics Complex develops the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Maintenance personnel in the Complex by creating formal training plans and programs, career and professional certification programs and working with the Air Base Wing Force Development Flight to form partnerships with universities and colleges. Develop Complex specific training and certification policy and maintain personnel training records.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.

2. Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.

3. Ability to plan, organize, and direct mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium sized organization.

4. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate

options.

5. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.

6. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

Additional Position Requirements:

Employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall. Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish

assigned duties.
