Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards.When necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trashCleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floorsEmpties carts of soiled linen and disposes trashRemoves spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtraysDelivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as neededWork nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Perform various other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceMinimum of High School educationMinimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping roleKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingTeam playerAbility to exceed expectations of guestsKnowledge of cleanliness standardsThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
