Staff Accountant

What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Collaborate closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting operations
• Support process improvements as the company continues to grow
• Assist with administrative and HR-related functions as needed while maintaining confidentiality
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
✅ 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
✅ Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
✅ Background in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume transaction environments preferred
✅ ERP/accounting system experience (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)
✅ Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation schedules
✅ High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
