ARC provides integrated, community-based support that strengthens the mother-child bond, promotes family stability, and addresses the complex challenges faced by women affected by substance use disorders, trauma, criminal justice involvement, exploitation, and economic instability.ARC develops and implements innovative programs informed by current research, best practices, and independent evaluation. The organization has been a leader in creating and sustaining women-responsive federal and state pilot and demonstration projects designed to improve outcomes for women and their families.What We DoWomen-responsive substance use disorder treatment, including residential, day treatment, and outpatient services.Specialized services for pregnant and parenting women designed to strengthen healthy attachment and family functioning.Programs that reduce child welfare involvement and break intergenerational cycles of abuse and neglect.Trauma-informed recovery services for survivors of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.Community-based alternatives to incarceration for women involved in the criminal justice system.Comprehensive support services that promote long-term recovery, stability, and self-sufficiency.ARC recognizes the profound impact of trauma and is committed to creating safe, empowering environments where women can heal, grow, and thrive.The OpportunityThe next Chief Executive Officer will inherit an organization with a strong reputation, dedicated staff, established community partnerships, and nearly five decades of impact.
