Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Passionate about the outdoors, the part-time Seasonal Customer Support Representative will assist customers through inbound calls, providing exceptional service and solutions from a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing guidance on products and services Utilize de-escalation techniques and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively Participate in mandatory training sessions to enhance sales and service skills Required qualifications: Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule with reliable attendance, including weekends Must reside in a state with an REI Retail location for the duration of the position Minimum age requirement of 18 years Technical requirements include a compatible computer setup and high-speed wired internet connection
