Senior Front-End Engineer

Role Overview

Apply senior front-end engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. You will collaborate with designers and other professionals on advanced technology initiatives, helping shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute front-end engineering expertise to AI training work.
• Provide clear technical feedback and deliver high-quality work independently and within a distributed, multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with designers on user experience and interface-focused work.

Qualifications

• Expert-level front-end engineering skills, including React and React Native.
• Strong experience building accessible, responsive interfaces with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience partnering with designers.
• Hands-on Shopify experience or experience with a comparable e-commerce platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing to complex technology projects or AI-driven initiatives is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Work is task-based, and the time needed may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum task-submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of tasks each week.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be ready to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing required onboarding.

Compensation

• Compensation is presented as $70 to $100 per hour.
• Payment is output-based, with compensation paid per task that meets project specifications.
