Within its diagnostics division, the organization partners with forward-thinking clinical leaders to deliver advanced testing solutions tailored to senior populations. This includes a breakthrough urology testing innovation that is redefining how urinary tract infections (UTIs) are diagnosed.

About the Opportunity: The diagnostics division is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand adoption of its proprietary UTI testing solution across the Chicago market. This role will focus on building relationships and driving sales with urology clinics, private practices, urgent care centers, and senior care providers.

The diagnostic offering combines the speed of molecular testing with the accuracy of traditional culture methodsdelivering 99.9% accuracy with results in under 12 hours. This game-changing technology positions providers to make faster, more informed treatment decisions and significantly improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with urology clinics, private practices, urgent care centers, and senior living providers
• Drive adoption of the advanced UTI diagnostic solution
• Leverage existing relationships to generate specimen volume and new business opportunities
• Educate healthcare providers on the clinical and operational advantages of the testing platform
• Collaborate with internal leadership to refine sales strategies and market approach
• Maintain a strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics and regional market conditions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling urology or diagnostic testing services
• Established relationships within urology clinics, physician practices, or urgent care networks
• Proven track record of generating and managing specimen volume
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sales landscape, including reimbursement considerations
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a growing organization

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Aggressive commission structure based on profitability (details provided during interview process)
• Travel reimbursement
