Role Description:

The Warehouse/Inventory Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hampton, SC. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as packing and preparing outgoing shipments.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate inventory records, labeling and stocking items, and ensuring parts are readily available for technicians and project teams.

The role also involves operating basic material-handling equipment, keeping the warehouse clean and safe, and following company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The Warehouse/Inventory Specialist works closely with office staff and field personnel to support efficient job scheduling and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying orders, inspecting materials, and preparing documentation.

• Skills in Packing and Unloading materials safely and efficiently, with attention to handling HVAC parts and equipment.

• Knowledge of Inventory Control, including tracking stock levels, performing cycle counts, and organizing storage areas.

• Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and other basic warehouse tools in a safe and compliant manner.

• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to use inventory or ERP software.

• Reliable attendance, ability to lift and move materials as required, and commitment to safety procedures.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technicians, office staff, and management.

• Prior warehouse or HVAC industry experience is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
