Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Art Director/Creative Project Manager for a temporary placement of approximately four months. This position provides creative vision and strategic input for media projects, ensuring consistency between designs and alignment with campaign goals. The role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, quality, consistency, and creative direction of visual and multimedia work produced for external audiences. This position is not primarily production-focused; it is accountable for creative oversight, visual standards, and direction across design and video, from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reviewer and creative steward for visual and multimedia production proofs.
• Set and maintain visual standards across campaigns and projects for digital, social, video, print, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with designers, media producers, and project managers to develop visual concepts and creative approaches.
• Provide direction and feedback throughout the creative process, from early concepts to final outputs.
• Oversee visual execution for both design and video projects, including motion graphics and post-production review.
• Guide and mentor designers and creatives through constructive feedback and clear creative direction.
• Stay informed about design trends, digital culture, and social media best practices.
• Ensure creative work meets accessibility standards and recommend improvements when needed.
• Identify risks, gaps, or resource needs related to creative quality and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with design and leading creative projects or teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and mentor staff.
• A keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
