Physician – Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting serving patients 18 and older
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with part-time and hybrid options available
• Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
• H1B cap-exempt organization – work authorization supported
• Ambient AI integration to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and dedicated MA
• Supportive mentorship and comprehensive orientation programs for all newly hired physicians
• Continuous professional development through an award-winning Provider Leadership Development Institute and robust on-demand learning platform including CME and special courses
