AlphaBEST Education Site Director - Before & After School Program AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins! AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!Location: Various schools within the Hillsboro School DistrictSchedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday 1:30 pm/2:00 pm -6:00 pm. Pay & Benefits:$24.00-$27.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)Full -time benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time off, are availableEmployee referral programDeep discounts on program tuition for dependentsAs an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school are fostered at your program site.Here's what you'll need:Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience Must be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #) Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standardsTogether, let's put more wonder in the world!AlphaBEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer
