Role: Senior Product Manager - Fire Alarm

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong fire alarm industry expertise to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. This role requires deep domain knowledge in fire alarm systems, specifically voice evacuation systems, mass notification solutions, panel networking, and industry-leading life safety features. The individual will collaborate with engineering, product development, sales, and leadership teams to define product roadmaps, drive innovation, and deliver advanced fire alarm and life safety solutions that meet evolving market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for fire alarm and life safety products, with focus on voice, mass notification, and panel networking solutions

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout product development, validation, and launch cycles

• Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and industry trends

• Develop product requirements, specifications, and business cases for new product initiatives

• Manage full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and continuous enhancement

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and support teams

• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals

• Support product launches, training programs, and go-to-market execution strategies

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with applicable fire alarm codes, standards, and life safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Senior-level Product Management experience in relevant technical industries

• Extensive fire alarm industry experience (MANDATORY)

• Strong expertise in fire alarm systems including voice evacuation, mass notification, panel networking, and advanced life safety features

• Proven experience working closely with engineering and product development teams

• Strong understanding of fire alarm system architecture, life safety technologies, and industry standards

• Experience managing product roadmaps and full product lifecycle activities

• Strong analytical, market research, and product planning skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or related field

• Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
