Dispatcher We're looking for a Dispatcher who can effectively coordinate drivers, manage schedules, communicate with multiple teams, and ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time. Dispatcher Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Coordinate daily driver schedules, pickups, and deliveries. Check drivers in and out and ensure required paperwork is completed. Communicate with drivers, customers, and yard personnel to maintain efficient operations. Enter inventory, shipment, and order information into company systems. Prepare shipping documentation and support administrative office tasks. Resolve scheduling issues and help ensure on-time shipments. Dispatcher Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Basic computer skills required. Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or shipping experience. Experience with SAP, ERP, or TMS software (Shipper Guide, OpenDock, or similar) preferred.
