Position Details Start Date: early August for the upcoming 2026 - 2027 Regular School Year Location: Culver City, Sherman Oaks and Valley Glen Employment: Full Time Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children with serious emotional, learning, developmental, and autism-related needs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including school staff, psychiatrists, and related service providers Deliver case management services and coordinate care for clients Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation and records Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency-wide initiatives while adhering to organizational policies and procedures Ensure compliance with professional licensing, ethical, and legal standards Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client and school needs, including supporting private insurance clients as assigned Qualifications Registered with the appropriate licensing board (BBS) as an LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, ACSW, or Psychologist Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families Experience supporting children with behavioral and emotional needs Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Bilingual Spanish skills preferred Benefits $2,500 Sign on Bonus Insurance plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - options for 100% employer sponsored plans 403b Retirement Plan 529 College Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Vacation and Sick Leave Benefit Hub - Employee Rewards and Incentives Pet Insurance Learn more about our school programs here: The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group.
