Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.

Looking for candidates that have worked as a case/care manager/discharge planners in the hospital (acute care setting). These patients are acutely ill and have varying complex medical needs.DC
