About Our Agency:

Our agency has been proudly serving the St. Charles, IL community since 1997. I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and together with my incredible team of 6, we bring more than 85 years of combined insurance experience to the table.

Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We proudly support local nonprofits that provide shelter, food, and health care, including the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Lazarus House, TriCity Family Services, and Random Acts Matter. We also actively support local schools and youth organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bill Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
